浅埋薄基岩超前预注浆防水参数设计及工程验证

摘　　要：注浆法在处理各行各业工程不良地质时的应用非常广泛,注浆布孔参数设计主要依靠工程经验。为更加准确的研究注浆参数内在关系以进行优化设计,建立了包含注浆孔数量、倾角、扩散半径及注浆进尺等参数的模型,并进行了敏感性分析。最后确定斜井工作面布置注浆孔16个,孔间距1 m左右,荒断面底部宽5.4 m,布置注浆孔5个,钻孔方向相对井筒轴线外倾6°。实践结果表明,经物探、放水实验、检查孔实验及取芯等手段均发现注浆效果良好,且在巷道掘进过程中未发生过较大规模涌水,以上评价模型及参数设计能使浆液在岩石裂隙中形成完整的凝固层,大大降低岩体的渗透率并提高岩体强度,能为斜井过镇舟河段的防水提供可靠的保证。Grouting is very common of dealing with adverse geological in engineering, and grouting design parameters mainly depends on engineering experience. For a more accurate relation between grouting parameters and optimized design, establish a mathematical model including number of grouting holes, hole inclination, diffusion radius and grouting length and so on, and carry out the parameters sensitivity analysis. Finally, design 16 grouting holes on inclined shaft full -face, spacing between holes is about 1 m, section of the tunnel width is 5.4m and arranged 5 grouting holes, direction of drilling relative to the axis of the tunnel tilt 6°. Practical results showed that the geophysical exploration, drainage experiment, inspection hole experiment and coring reveals a good effect of grouting, and there is no largescale water gushing in the tunneling process. The above model and parameters design can guarantee a complete waterproof layer be formed in the rock fissures, and greatly reduce the permeability of rock mass and increase strength, which also provide a reliable guarantee for roadway waterproof, especially the roadway under Zhenzhou river.
