摘 要:针对陕西彬长矿区某矿202工作面运顺埋深大,地应力高和断面大的特点,基于强支护设计原则完成了锚网支护方案设计,通过FLAC数值模拟对支护方案的合理性进行了评价。现场监测表明:运输顺槽开挖后,浅表围岩以较快的速度发生变形,同时锚杆开始受力。伴随巷道掘进扰动,围岩变形向深部发展,锚索受力增加,当距掘进工作面迎头超过30 m后,围岩变形较小,基本趋于稳定。结果表明,深埋厚煤层综放面运顺支护方案的设计合理可行。According to 202 working face haulage was characterized by great depth, high ground stress and large cross section in a certain coal mine of Binchang Mining Area, based on strong support design principle, it gave the bolt net support scheme, and evaluate the rationality of support scheme by FLAC numerical simulation. Field monitoring showed that after haulage gate was excavated, superficial surrounding rock deformed at the fast speed, anchor began to be forced at the same time. With the disturbance of roadway excavation, the surrounding rock deformation developed deeply, and the stress of anchor cables increased. When the distance from the head of driving face exceed 30 m, the surrounding rock deformation was smaller, it was approximately prone to be stable. The results showed that the haulage support scheme at fully mechanized caving face in deep buried and thick coal seam was reasonable and feasible.
