江苏省各级医院2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解江苏省单用口服降糖药物（OAD）的T2DM患者的用药情况和血糖控制状况。 方法 选取江苏省13个城市各级医院门诊T2DM患者2966例进行横断面研究，以问卷形式收集患者个人信息、病程资料、治疗及合并症情况，检测HbA1c。 结果 单用OAD患者1524例，平均HbA1c（7.0±1.5）%。高脂血症患病率56.2%，高血压患病率41.4%。63.6%患者HbA1c达标（HbA1c〈7.0%）。20-40岁组HbA1c达标率高于41-60、61-80岁组（P〈0.05）。病程≤5年组HbA1c达标率高于5-10、〉10年组（P〈0.05）。双胍类药物在OAD中所占比例最高，且在各级医院所占比例亦最高。 结论 2009年单用OAD患者的HbA1c达标率高于2010年全国达标率，年轻及短病程患者改善尤为明显。双胍类药物在OAD中使用仍占首位。Objective To investigate the status of therapy with oral antidiabetic drug （OAD） and blood glucose control in T2DM in different grade hospitals in Jiangsu province Methods The survey was conducted in outpatients with T2DM from thirteen cities in Jiangsu province. The demographic and diabetes-related health parameters were collected using a questionnaire interview. Blood samples were collected during patient visits for measurement of HbAlc. Results Among 2966 patients, there were 1524 patients treated with OAD only. The mean HbA1c of all patients was （7.0±1.5）%. Among the patients, 856 cases （56.2%） were accompanied by hyperlipidemia and 631 cases （41.4%） by hypertension. 969 cases （63.6%） achieved good glycemic control （HbAlc〈7.0%）. Of all the patients, those with T2DM course≤5 years had a better HbAlc control than T2DM course of 5;10 years and 〉10 years. Metformin （61.9%） and sulfonylureas （54.6%） were the mostly used OAD among all used OAD only. Conclusion The blood glucose control of T2DM patients treated with OAD in our survey is better than the results from national survey in 2010. Metformin are used most widely among OAD patients.
