摘  要:采用超声法,通过单因素考察筛选适合提取荞麦七蒽醌的温度、乙醇浓度、料液比、时间。继而采用正交试验得出最佳提取工艺。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:提取温度50℃,提取时间60min,料液比1∶20,乙醇的体积分数80%,其中提取时间对提取率影响最大,提取温度对提取率影响最小。The girald pteroxygonum root was extracted by ultrasonic method. The appropriate temperature, ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid and extraction time were investigated by single factor experiment. The optimal extraction process was obtained by orthogonal test which were extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 60min, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶20, alcohol concentration 80%. The extraction time has largest effect, and the influence of temperature is least.
