摘 要:本文通过纸电泳、pH层析等方法研究了拮抗玉米茎腐病菌的放线菌发酵产物的理化性质,同时也对其光稳定性、温度稳定性实验进行研究,明确该放线菌的发酵产物主要成分为水溶性的中性物质,且具有较好稳定性,这些理化性质的研究为其下游工艺特别是产物分离提取方法的选择提供理论依据。Physico-chemical properties of fermentation substance of the streptomycetes rivalrying corn stalk rot were researched through paper electrophoresis and pH chromatography. At the same time, light stability and heat stability were also researched. The results showed that the fermentation substance was identified neutral and easily soluble in water. It had well stabilization. These properties had provided theory bases for downstream tech-nology especially for separation and extraction methods.
