摘 要:建立了新型“香料”毒品中Hu-210的液相色谱分析方法。以甲醇作为提取溶剂。采用岛津ODS-SP型(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,紫外检测器以215nm作为检测波长。以(甲醇-乙腈)-高纯水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1mL·in^-1,柱温35℃,进样量10μL。在优化条件下,Hu-210在1-100μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.9999,检出限(S/N≥3.3)为0.2ng·μL^-1。方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于新型“香料”毒品样本中Hu-210成分的定量测定。A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for determination of Hu-210 in novel “spice”drugs. Methanol was used as the solvent to extract. The separation was performed on a Shimadzu ODS-SP column(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), using(methanol- acetonitrile)water as mobile phase. The percentage of organic phase changed between 80% and 95% in 15min with a linear gradient elution. Flow rate was set at 1mL·min^-1, column temperature was 35℃and injection volume was 10μL. The detection wavelength of UV detec-tor was set as 215nm. Good linearity was achieved over the range of 1~100μg·mL^-1, with correlation coefficients>0.9999. Limit of detection (S/N≥3.3)was 0.2ng·μL^-1. Results showed that the method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and was applicable to quantitative determination of Hu-210 in Novel“Spice”Drugs.
