摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱测定火麻仁药材中胡芦巴碱含量的方法,为2015版药典火麻仁指标性成分的含量测定项提供依据。方法:采用Hypersil氨基柱,流动相乙腈-水(80∶20,V∶V),检测波长265nm。结果:胡芦巴碱进样量在0.104-1.04μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6),加样回收率100.7%,RSD=1.56%(n=9);10批火麻仁药材中胡芦巴碱的含量为0.6504~0.9931mg·g^-1。结论:胡芦巴碱为火麻仁药材及饮片中的特征成分,其提取及含测方法操作简便,结果可靠,可作为火麻仁药材质量控制的指标性成分。Objective: An HPLC method for determination of trigonelline in fruit of Cannabis sativa was developed, to provide a quality control method for 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods: The chromatogra-phy was carried out on a Hypersil amino column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm)with acetonitrile-water(80:20, V:V)as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 265nm. Results: Trigonelline could be successfully deter-mined and the linear rang was 0.104-1.04μg (r=0.9999). The average recoveries (n = 9)of the trigonelline was 100.7%,RSD=1.56%. The content of trigonelline in 10 batches was 0.6504-0.9931mg ·g^ -1. Conclusion:Trigonelline was indeed the specific ingredient in fruit and seed of Cannabis sativa. The method is accurate, reli-able and sensitive for quality control of fruit of cannabis sativa.
