清热化湿、活血泻浊法对肾小球硬化大鼠肾组织病理的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清热化湿、活血泻浊法对肾小球硬化大鼠肾组织病理的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、尿毒清组、经验方组,后3组采用5/6肾切除法制作肾小球硬化大鼠模型,并给予相应药物灌胃4周,取肾组织切片,行HE、PAS染色,观察大鼠肾脏病理变化,计算肾小球硬化指数(GSI);采用数码医学图像分析系统求得基质阳性面积比值。结果与正常组及假手术组比较,模型组GSI、基质阳性面积比值均升高(P均<0.05)。与模型组比较,经验方组GSI、基质阳性面积比值有降低(P均<0.05);而尿毒清组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热化湿、活血泻浊组成的经验方能够改善模型大鼠肾脏病理,降低GSI及基质阳性面积比值,改善肾小球硬化的程度。Objective It is to observe the effect of clearing heat and removing dampness and removing promoting blood cir -culation purging turbid on rat renal glomerular sclerosis tissue pathology .Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham-operated group, model group, Niaoduqing group, the rat models of renal glomerular sclerosis were established in the latter three group by 5/6 nephrectomy .All the groups were given experimental prescription respectively for 4 weeks by intragastric administration , then section of renal tissue was made to do HE and PAS staining , kidney pathological changes of the rats were observed and glomerular sclerosis index （ GSI） was calculated;matrix positive area ratio was obtained using digit-al medical image analysis system .Results Compared with normal group and sham-operated group , in model group GSI , the matrix positive area ratio increased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Party group compared with model group, experimental prescription group GSI , matrix positive area ratio were lower , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; And no significant differences was found in Niaoduqing group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The experiential pre-scription of method of clearing heat and removing dampness and promoting blood circulation purging turbid could improve mod -el rat renal pathology , reduce glomerular sclerosis index and positive area ratio , improve the degree of glomerular sclerosis .
