摘　　要：江苏省淮安市清浦区职工大病保险始于1999年,由人社部门下属的社保经办机构提供管理服务。经不断改进完善政策和管理,有效减轻了参保人员因患重特大疾病造成的经济负担。笔者建议:应合理确定大病保险补偿政策;加强基金风险防控;进一步关注困难群体的救助问题。The serious illness insurance for the workers of Qingpu District, Huaian was initiated in 1999, and managed by a social security agencies affiliated to the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security. Through the constant improvement of policy and management, it has effectively reduced the insured persons’ economic burden causing by serious disease. The author suggests that the compensation policy should be reasonably determined;the fund risk should be prevented and controlled;further attention should be paid on the salvage of the persons in economical difficulties.
