摘 要:文章采用营养液培养法研究铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)单一及复合胁迫下鱼腥草抗氧化酶活和膜脂过氧化响应规律。结果表明:Pb、Cd单一胁迫时,随着处理质量浓度的增加,鱼腥草叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均表现为先上升后下降,丙二醛(MDA)浓度呈上升趋势,Cd对鱼腥草的影响和伤害作用明显大于Pb,表明鱼腥草具有较强的耐Pb能力;Pb、Cd复合胁迫时,正交实验结果显示Pb对SOD、MDA影响极显著,Cd对CAT影响极显著,而两者对POD均无显著影响;与单一胁迫相比,复合胁迫下鱼腥草叶片MDA浓度对POD、SOD活性有抑制作用,对CAT活性影响变化不大,表明Pb、Cd复合胁迫对植物细胞的过氧化损伤加重,对鱼腥草的毒害加剧。Nutrient solution culture was conducted to determine the effect of Pb and Cd singly or in combination on the antioxidant enzyme activities and membrane lipid peroxidation level of Houttuynia cordata Thunb . .The results show that in the single heavy metal systems ,along with the increase of treatment concentration ,the increased activities of CAT ,SOD and POD was followed by a decline in high dose ,and the level of MDA was continuously enhanced .Cd produced higher influence and harm on Houttuynia cordata Thunb .than Pb ,suggesting that Houttuynia cordata Thunb .possessed stronger resistance to Pb .In the combined heavy metal systems ,Pb significantly impacted SOD and MDA activity according to the results of orthogonal experiment .Meanwhile ,Cd significantly impacted CAT activity .However ,no significant effects of both Pb and Cd on the activity of POD were observed . Compared with single systems ,the combined heavy metal systems increased the MDA content ,reduced POD and SOD enzyme activity ,and did not affect CA T enzyme activity .T he results reveal that Pb and Cd combination aggravated cell peroxidation damage in Houttuynia cordata Thunb ..
