摘 要:基于对薄壁杯形注塑制品结构特点的分析,以家用小型榨汁机底座注塑模为例,给出3种浇注系统设计方案,运用AMI2012模流仿真软件研究3种方案对制品填充流动过程的填充时间、流动前沿温度、熔接痕的影响。结果表明,成型薄壁杯形注塑制品浇注系统最佳方案是热流道点浇口形式,并且分流道采用较大截面尺寸的圆柱形。由此得出的成型薄壁杯形注塑制品浇注系统设计一般原则对该类制品的模具结构设计有一定的参考价值。Based on the analysis of structural charateristics of the thin-walled and cup-shaped injection products, takes the plastic base of a small household juicer as example, three schemes of gating system is designed. Studied the effects of three scheme on filling time, flow front temperature and weld line during the filling and flowing process by using AMI2012 software. Results show that the properest gating system for the thin-walled and cup-shaped injection products should be pin-point and hot-runner gating type, and furthernore, the shape of branch runner should choose cylindrical firstly, and which sectional dimension size should designed more larger than normal. So the general principles for the thin-walled and cup-shaped injection products summarized from above metioned could provide a certain refrence value on mold structure design of the same kind of products with this study.
