摘 要:目的对云南西双版纳产傣药三桠苦Evodialepta叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等波谱学方法结合化学水解鉴定化合物。结果 从三桠苦叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6'-0-E-对香豆酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6'-O-Z-对香豆酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6'-O-E-肉桂酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(4)。结论其中化合物2-4为新化合物,分别命名为三桠苦双碳苷A、三桠苦双碳苷B、三桠苦双碳苷C,化合物1为首次从三桠苦叶中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pattra medicine Evodia lepta from Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province, China. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques, and identified by NMR, MS, and other spectral methods with chemical hydrolysis. Results In 95% ethanol extract from the leaves of E. lepta, four compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 2, 4, 6-trihydroxyacetophenone-3, 5-di-C-β-D-glucoside (1), 2, 4, 6-trihydroxy- acetophenone-3, 5-di-C-β (6'-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-D-glucoside (2), 2, 4, 6-trihydroxyacetophenone-3, 5-di-C-β(6'-O-Z-p-coumaroyl)- D-glucoside (3), and 2, 4, 6-trihydroxyacetophenone-3, 5-di-C-β (6'-O-E-cinnamoyl)-D-glucoside (4), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 2-4 are new compounds named leptabiside A, B, and C, respectively. Compound 1 is obtained from domestic E. lepta for the first time.
