摘　　要：为了实时获得城市道路两侧的噪音信息,采用C/S和B/S架构设计了城市道路交通噪音检测与实时信息发布系统,噪声检测仪部署在交通干线的两侧,利用声音传感器采集噪音信号并进行处理后得到噪音的分贝值,通过GPRS接入Internet公网并与监控中心建立TCP/IP网络连接进行数据通信;监控中心接收、处理、显示、存储和统计分析从各噪声检测仪发来的数据,并通过WEB进行实时发布。经过对城市主干道7个噪音检测点进行监测,系统实现了设计的所有功能,能够为城市环保部门制定防噪音方案提供科学的数据支持。For collecting the noise information of urban road traffic, the C/S and B/S were used to design the detection and real-time information release system of urban road traffic noise. The noise detectors were fixed by the main road and collected the noise signal to process to get the dB value through the sound sensor, and then communicated with the monitoring center on the TCP/IP network connection after get into the Internet through GPRS. The monitoring center received, processed, displayed, stored, and statistical analyzed the data from all the noise detectors, and released them by WEB Server. The system realized all the functions designed after monitoring the 7 noise monitored points by urban road and could offer the scientific data for the environmental protection department to formulate the anti-noise solutions.
