摘 要:为探究不同规格大鲵消化酶活性,测得常规养殖大鲵的生长指标及50、500、1500、4500g 4种规格大鲵的胃、前肠、中肠、后肠的胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶及淀粉酶的活性。试验结果显示,大鲵体质量与体长呈幂函数相关,m=7.1789L0.1102x(r2=0.9009,n=38);胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶活性随着体质量增加而升高;胰蛋白酶及淀粉酶活性:前肠>中肠>后肠;各个肠段脂肪酶活性无明显差异。The growth performance and activities of digestive enzymes (protease, trypsin, lipase and amylase) were determined in four tissues (stomach, foregut, mid-intestine and hindgut) of Chinese giant salamander Andrias davidianus with body weight of 50 g, 500 g, 1500 g, and 4500 g. The correlation relationship between body weight (L) and body length (rn) was power function, with correlation equation of rn=7. 1789 L^0.1102x(r^2 =0. 9009,n=38). The activities of protease and trypsin were increased as the growth of the experimental animals. The order of trypsin activity and amylase activity in various tissues of giant salamander was ranged as foregut〉mid-intestine〉hindgut. There was no significant difference in lipase activity in each segment of the intestine.
