摘　　要：随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,劳资冲突已成为影响社会经济发展和稳定的重要社会问题之一,新生代民工在工资增长、体面劳动等方面诉求颇为强烈。对此,不仅国家应予高度重视,企业更须更新管理理念,努力增强人文关怀,以促进劳资关系的和谐建立。With the deepening of our nation ’ s economic reform the conflict in employment relations has become a factor that influences the stability and development of society .The demand of the new generation of workers on salary raising and being respected are extrusive .Therefore not only it shall be taken seriously in the state level but also in the employer level which means that employers shall update managing ideal , strengthening humanistic care so as to build a harmonious employment relation .
