摘 要:农民对无公害蔬菜的认知和生产意愿是发展无公害蔬菜的关键。基于计划行为理论,实地考察了武汉城郊菜农对无公害蔬菜的认知和生产意愿,并利用Logistic回归模型分析了其影响因素。结果表明,城郊农民对无公害蔬菜的认知水平较高,达78%,但生产意愿偏低,仅39%。农民的认知和生产意愿与受教育程度、技术掌握水平等个人因素和收入水平、生产规模等家庭因素具有较强的相关性;政府服务水平与农民的认知和生产意愿呈正相关但处于较低水平。从农民视角出发,为促进无公害蔬菜的推广和普及,本文提出了提高农民科技文化素质、促进农户规模经营、改善农业生态环境等政策建议。Farmers' cognition and production will are key determinants to the development of non-polluting vegetables. Based on the theory of planned behavior, farmers' cognition and production will were investigated to non-polluting vegetables in the suburb of Wuhan in central China. We also identify the major influencing factors by using a logistic regression model. The result suggests that 78 percent of the farmers have developed cognition of non-polluting vegetables while only 39 percent have the will to grow them. Individual factors such as education level and skills and household factors like income level and production scale all have strong influence on cognition and will. The quality of government service is positively but weakly correlated. Finally, from the perspective of farmers, this paper raises some policy suggestions to promote the development of non-polluting agriculture, including the improvement of farmers' technology and education levels, expansion in scale production, and enhancement of ecological environment in agriculture.
