摘 要:抑尘剂可有效抑制粉料扬尘.对以丙烯酸为单体,丙三醇为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂与淀粉进行接枝反应制备抑尘剂的条件进行了研究,并对接枝制备的高吸水抑尘剂的吸水率和保水性进行了探讨.结果表明,最优工艺条件为:丙烯酸投加量20mL,30%氢氧化钠投加量26mL(中和度75%),糊化淀粉2g,引发剂与淀粉的质量比0.02∶1,交联剂1mL,反应温度60℃,吸水抑尘剂的吸水率可达298.29g/g.经测定,制备的抑尘剂具有较好的保水性.Dust suppressant can effectively inhibit the dust from powder yard. The conditions under which the reaction with starch was initiated to prepare dust suppressant by taking acrylic acid as raw material, glycerin as cross-linking agent and potassium persulfate as the initiator were studied, and its water absorption and retention rate were discussed as well. The experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions were acrylic acid 20 mL, 30% sodium hydroxide 26 mL, starch 2 g, the mass ratio between the initiator and starch 0.02: 1, cross-linking agent 1 mL, reaction temperature 60 ℃. The water absorption of the suppression could reach 298.29 g/g. It is measured that the prepared dust suppressant showed superior water-retaining property.
