摘  要:目的:采用超声辅助法提取新疆虫草,探讨新疆虫草体外抗氧化的活性。方法:通过测定总还原力,清除羟自由基(·OH)和清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力研究不同产地新疆虫草体外抗氧化活性。结果:采自白哈巴林场和布尔津林场的虫草还原力较强,其中布尔津林场最强可达1.74;白哈巴林场虫草清除羟自由基(·OH)能力最强,为77.63%;实验室培养初僵化的虫草清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力最强,达66.67%。结论:新疆虫草具有一定的抗氧化活性,有待进一步研究开发利用。OBJECTIVE To extract the effective component of Ophiocordyceps gracilis (Grev.) G. H. Sung, J. M. Sung, Hywel-Jones Spatafora by applying super sound assisted method and to carrry out antioxydant capacity research in vitro. METHODS By measuring the general reducing ability, hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals scavenging capacity, the antoxidation capacity of different originated Ophiocordyceps gracilis (Grey.) G. H. Sung, J. M. Sung, Hywel-Jones Spatafora were investigated. RESIJLIN The reducing power of Baihaba and Buerjin woodland originated Cordyceps were relatively stronger and the one from Buerjin reached 1.74 in figure; Baihaba woodland originated Cordyeeps showed the strongest hydroxyl free radicals scavenging capacity. Extraction of Lab. culturated Cordyceps was with the highest scavenging capacity for superoxide anion free radicals, where the figure reached 66. 67%. CONCLUSION Ophiocordyceps graeilis (Grey.) G. H. Sung, J. M. Sung, Hywel-Jones gc Spatafora has antoxidation capacity in some extent, are worthy of further study and develo- ping.
