摘　　要：目的:研究固本宣肺化痰汤(GBD)对阳虚模型小鼠慢性支气管炎及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用肌肉注射氢化可的松复制阳虚小鼠模型,应用慢性支气管炎模型病理切片观察GBD的治疗作用;采用MTT法测定T淋巴细胞增殖,测定溶血素含量、碳粒廓清率,观察粗提物对阳虚动物模型免疫功能的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,中、高剂量组GBD能改善小鼠肺组织病理改变;提高模型小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖和溶血素含量、吞噬指数增高。结论:GBD具有减轻肺组织炎症、提高阳虚小鼠免疫功能作用,对慢性支气管炎有一定的预防与治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Gubengxuanfei deeoction（GBD） on chronic bronchitis and immunologic function in ＂Yang deficiency＂ model mice. METHODS ＂Yang deficiency＂ model in mice was duplicated by intraperitoneal injection of hydrocortisone. The therapeutic effects were observed through pathological section by chronic bronchitis model in mice. The immunologic functions were evaluated with proliferative effects of T lymphocytes detected by MTT assay, content of hemolysin, carbon clearance test, respectively. RESULTS Compared with model group, the middle and high doses of GBD significantly improved the pathological changes of pulmonary tissue texture of chronic bronchitis model in mice, increased lymphopoiesis, content of hemolysin and phagocytic count. CONCLUSION GBD shows the effects of relieving inflammation of pulmonary tissue and boosted immunologic function in ＂Yang deficiency＂ model mice. GBD shows the effects of prevention and treatment on chronic bronchitis.
