摘　　要：农村经济得到突飞猛进发展的同时,农村社会的安全稳定问题也日益突出。当前关注较多的是农村饮用水、食品、消防安全问题,却忽视了农村社会治安类、关乎农民生命财产安全的较为直接的安全问题,如校车、"全能神"、溺水事件等,这无一不挑动人们的神经,也给我们发出了一个信号,农村安全稳定问题亟待解决。With the raPid develoPment of social economy,security issues have become increasingly Prominent in rural so-viet. Nowadays more attention is Paid to the rural drinking water,food and fire safety,but the rural social security and the safety Problems concerning about farmers′life and ProPerty,like school buses,＆quot;God Almighty＆quot;and drowning,are neglec-ted,which all Provoke PeoPle′s nerves,and give the signal that the Problems of rural security and stability should be solved.
