摘　　要：文章论述了改制前、改制中的高校图书馆纸质文献建设的主要状况,针对这些状况,提出了改制后的高校图书馆纸质文献资源建设的对策。Thisarticle exPounds on the main situation of the PaPer document construction in the university library in the Pre-restructuring and while-restructuring Period,and accordingly Puts forwards some countermeasures to deal with the PaPer document construction of the university library after the successful restructuring.
