针灸疗法在灾害救援中应用的优势与策略探讨

摘　　要：灾害发生后应急医学救援刻不容缓。在灾区各种基础设施严重破坏、医疗物资匮乏、医疗条件艰苦的情况下,传统医学中的针灸疗法以其简、便、廉、效的独特优势,可广泛应用于灾后医学救援中。合理地应用针灸疗法,与现代医疗有机结合,优势互补,不仅大大缓解医疗物资紧缺问题,还可为伤病员赢得宝贵的救治时间,提高其生存质量。本文在分析针灸疗法优势基础上,从外伤止痛、卫生防疫、心理康复三方面探讨灾后医学救援中应用针灸疗法的可行性、有效性,并对其应用策略展开论述。Emergency rescue medical treatment is imperative after occurrence of disaster. In disaster-hit area, infrastructure is damaged heavily, medical supplies are deficient, and medical condition is rough and difficult. Under this circumstance, acupuncturemoxibustion therapy in traditional Chinese medicine displays its unique advantages in the simple and convenient operation, low cost and high efficacy. Hence it can be extensively applied in disaster rescue medical treatment. Reasonable application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, combined with modem medicine, complementary advantages, not only can greatly alleviate the shortage of medical supplies, still can win valuable treatment time for patients, improve their quality of life. This paper explored the feasibility and effectiveness of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in disaster rescue medical treatment in view of analgesia in traumatic injury, epidemic prevention and psychological rehabilitation, as well as its application strategy.
