摘 要:本文通过对武警山西总队医院无缝救援电子病历系统进行分析,探讨了系统的整体构架和设计流程。以临床数据中心的平台为基础构建一体化的电子病历系统,满足各种信息系统之间的工作流和数据集成,进而建立一个医疗数据中心。通过现代物联网技术及3G、4G、WIFI、蓝牙技术等无线通讯手段,实现数据中心与多媒体终端的信息交互。完善的电子病历系统不仅能够大大提高卫勤医疗救援的能力和效率,还能够促进临床路径规范化,优化医疗流程管理,早日实现信息化医疗。This paper analyzed electronic medical record system of seamless rescue system, Shanxi provincial crops, Chinese People' s Armed Polnee Forces, and discussed the overall structure and system design process. Electronic medical record system integration based on clinical data center platform, meet the need of workflow and data integration between various information systems, hence establish a medical data center. Through modern network technology and 3G, 4G, WIFI, Bluetooth and other wireless communication means, the system realized the interaction between information data center and multimedia terminal. The electronic medical record system can not only greatly improve medical rescue capacity and efficiency, but also improve the clinical path normalization, optimize the medical process management, and realize informational of medical service.
