摘  要:目的探讨悬吊牵引法在四肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤护理中的作用。方法根据自愿原则选择31例使用悬吊牵引法的大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者作为观察组,同期选择34例未使用悬吊牵引法的大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者作为对照组,观察两组患者伤后两周内肢体搬动次数,创面干燥时间,回植皮片的成活率。结果观察组在治疗过程中肢体搬运次数明显减少,创面干燥时间缩短,回植皮片成活率增加,经分析差异有统计学意义。结论悬吊牵引法可明显减少四肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者肢体的搬运次数,利于回植皮片的成活,其配合暴露疗法可缩短创面干燥时间,明显减少医护人员的工作量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of application of suspension traction in nursing large area of skin avulsion of four limbs. Methods According to the principle of voluntary,31 cases of large skin avulsion injury were treated with suspension traction method after early debridement and back grafting mesh flap taken from avulsed skin as the observation group,and 34 cases without suspension traction as control group. Transport frequency of limbs,wound drying time,and survival rate of back grafting mesh flap were observed. Results In the observation group the times of transfering limbs,drying time of surface wound were obviously reduced,and survival rate of back grafting mesh flaps were increased,and they were all statistically significant. Conclusion Suspension traction method has a merit of reducing limbs transport times,facilitating the survival of back grafting mesh flap. Combining with exposure therapy drying time of surface wound could be decreased. Hence,working loads of medical personnels could be significantly reduced.
