1646名武警新兵眼部情况分析

摘　　要：目的通过对2013年武警新兵眼科复检,了解目前武警新兵眼部健康状态,同时为武警战士视觉监控系统的设计提供参考依据。方法以北京、河北两地共1646名新兵战士为检查对象,进行视力测量,并采用便携式眼压计、验光仪和眼底照相机,对新兵战士进行眼压、验光和眼底照相检查。结果 1.裸眼视力>5.0,2464只眼(78%);4.8<裸眼视力<5.0,554只眼(16.83%);4.6<裸眼视力<4.8;210只眼(6.38%);裸眼视力<4.6,64只眼(1.94%)。2.新兵战士平均眼压16.74±3.26 mmHg,眼压>21 mmHg,370只眼(11.24%)。3.新兵战士屈光度范围在-3.25^+3.50,近视≥—2.00 D,273只眼(8.29%);远视≥+2.00 D,17只眼(0.52%)。4.新兵战士眼底杯/盘>0.5,394只眼(11.97%)。5.新兵入伍前行准分子激光手术的有123人,占7.32%。结论对新兵眼科复检,可以及时发现常见问题。"早发现、早诊断、早治疗",保证战士的眼部健康,因此新兵眼科复检是非常必要的。Objective To obtain the detailed information of recruits＇ eyes conditions through ophthalmological recheck among the recruits in 2013,as well as to provide a reference for the design of visual monitoring system. Methods A total of 1646 new recruits in Beijing and Hebei areas were interviewed and taken routine examination for their visual acuity,portable tonometer,refractometer and fundus camera were used for measuring their intraocular pressure,optometry and fundus camera inspection. Results 1. Visual acuity 〉5. 0,2464 eyes（ 78%）,4. 8〈 visual acuity 〈5. 0,554 eyes（ 16. 83%）,4. 6 〈visual acuity 〈4. 8,210 eyes（ 6. 38%）,visual acuity 4. 6,64 eyes（ 1. 94%）; 2. The average intraocular pressure of new recruits is 16. 74 ± 3. 26 mmHg,intraocular pressure 21 mmHg,370 eyes（ 11. 24%）; 3. A total of 123 recruits take LASIK operation before they join the army,accounts for 7. 32%. 4. The recruits＇ diopter is- 3. 25 ~ ＋ 3. 50,myopia≥- 2. 00 D,273 eyes（ accounts for 8. 29%）; hyperopia≥ ＋ 2. 00 D,17 eyes（ accounts for 0. 52%）. 5. The recruit fundus C / D〉 0. 5,394 eyes accounted for 11. 97%. Conclusions Common problems can be found in a timely manner to re-inspect recruits eyes.＂Early discovery,Early diagnosis,Early treatment＂,guarantee the soldier＇s eyes health,so it＇s necessary to re-inspect the recruits eyes.
