摘　　要：本文旨在发挥士官护士自身优势,加强士官护士军人意识、政治意识、心理素质并开展卫勤专业知识培训,从而有效提高卫勤分队保障能力。通过强化应急救治训练,加强综合素质训练,重视士官护士角色的作用,使之出色完成各项紧急处突行动中的卫勤保障任务,这对提高卫勤保障能力具有积极促进作用。This paper aims to exert the advantages of sergeant nurses,and strengthen their military consciousness,political sense,mental quality,professional medical knowledge training for effectively improve the medical service support capability. Through strengthening the emergency training,enhancing the comprehensive quality training,and highlighting the role of sergeant nurses,so as to complete the various medical support tasks,which has actively promoted the medical service capability of sergeant nurses.
