摘 要:河南油田稠油水驱油藏具有"浅、薄、稠"的特点,油层连通性较好,非均质性强,经过20多年的注水开发,含水上升快,为提高采收率开展了氮气泡沫调驱技术研究。通过配方实验和物模实验,研制了适合河南油田稠油水驱油藏地层条件的强化泡沫驱油体系,通过合注分采情况下对10倍和20倍级差岩心驱油实验,采出程度提高了30.2%和24.7%,证实复合泡沫调驱体系具有较好的调剖、驱油效果。研制的氮气泡沫调驱体系在古城和王集油田进行了3口井的矿场试验,见到了明显的增油降水效果。Henan heavy oil water-flooding reservoir has characteristics of 'shallow,thin and heavy',with good reservoir connectivity and strong heterogeneity.After more than 20 years of water flooding development,water cut rose fast,and the nitrogen foam flooding technology research has been carried out.Through formulation experiment and physical model experiment,foam flooding system suitable for Henan heavy oil water flooding reservoir has been developed.Through 10 times and 20 times differential core displacement experiment under co-injection and separated layer production,the recovery degree increased by 30.2% and 24.7%,which confirms the compound foam displacement system has good profile control and oil displacement effect.After the field application of nitrogen foam displacement system in 3wells of Gucheng and Wangji oilfields,obvious effect of increased oil production and reduced water cut have been achieved.
