琉璃苣体外培养技术研究

摘　　要：以琉璃苣茎段、叶片和茎尖为外植体进行体外培养,结果表明,茎尖是琉璃苣进行体外培养的最佳外植体,最适宜培养基为MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ZT 3.0 mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂0.6%。并在1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂0.6%上进行继代培养,长势较好。而后转到生根培养基1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L上进行诱导生根。该研究结果表明,利用琉璃苣茎尖进行无性繁殖,扩大种苗栽培是有效的技术方法。Stem segments,leaves and stem tips of Borage officinalis were cultured in vitro on MS medium.The results showed that the best explants for Borage officinalis of in vitro culture was stem tips.The best media was MS ＋ NAA 0.2 mg/L ＋ ZT 3.0 mg/L ＋ sucrose 30％ ＋ agar 0.6％.The media of secondary culture was 1/2MS ＋ NAA 0.5 mg/L ＋ sucrose 30％ ＋ agar 0.6％.The media of root generation was 1/2 MS ＋ IBA 1.0 mg/L.The results showed that asexual reproduction of Borage officinalis stem tip was feasible.Enlarging seedling cultivation is＇ an effective technique method.
