摘　　要：目的探讨突发危险化学品事故现场的灾害心理干预方法与效果。方法对62例化学品中毒患者和316名现场间接受到影响的群众进行灾害心理救援干预。结果对比患者接受灾害心理干预前后的相关指标,无差异无统计学意义,而对比现场群众接受灾害心理干预前后的相关指标,差异有统计学意义。结论对受突发危险化学品事故影响的周围群众实施早期现场灾害心理干预是有效的。Objective To study disaster psychological intervention methods and effects at the scene of sudden hazardous chemical accidents. Methods Disaster psychological relief was conducted for 62 patients with chemical poisoning and 316 people indirectly affected at disaster scene. Results The patients＇ relative indexes before and after accepting disaster psychological relief were compared,and there was no significant difference,however,relative indexes of the public at the scene before and after accepting disaster psychological relief intervention were compared,and there was significant difference. Conclusions The early implementation of disaster psychological intervention for the masses indirectly affected by the sudden hazardous chemical accident is effective.
