摘　　要：目的研究高原环境对紧急入藏执行卫勤保障任务女兵月经及焦虑状况的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(Self-assessment lists,SAS)检测女兵精神焦虑状况;通过询问自觉症状、妇科查体及超声检查相结合的方式检测女兵月经状况。结果焦虑情绪的发生率为25.1%,其中非现役人员占主要部分;发生月经失调的比例也较高。结论高原环境能影响一部分女兵的精神状态,也导致了部分女兵月经失调。Objective To study the effect of plateau environment on menstruation and anxiety state of female military soldiers of acute exposed to plateau for conducting the task of medical support. Methods Self-assessment lists of anxiety（ SAS） was adopted for examining the anxiety of female soldiers; combination of asking self-conscious symptoms,gynecological and Ultrasonic examination was used for inspecting their menstrual status. Results The incidence of anxiety was 25. 1 percent,the main part of which was the active duty personnel. The proportion of menstrual disorder of the active duty personnel was higher also. Conclusions The plateau environment could affect some female military soldiers state of anxiety and lead to menstrual disorders of part of the female military soldiers.
