摘　　要：根据高原卫生勤务的特点和要求,参考某平原地区医疗队近年来多次赴高原地区进行救灾和训练的情况制定70人医疗队灾害救援作业预案。该预案根据任务及功能的要求,可以将医疗队分为9个组,每组执行相对独立的任务。依据环境特点及发病规律制定作业预案是高原救援的基本要求,恰当的分组和协调可以提高整个医疗队的工作能力及效率。According to characteristics and requirements of health service on plateau,the recent disaster relief and training situation in plateau area of a medical team in plain area,were referred for the formulation of operation plans for medical teams of 70 members to disaster relief referred to. According to requirements of task and function,the medical team was divided into 9 groups; each group undertook relatively independent tasks. In addition,appropriate grouping and coordination can improve work efficiency and ability of the whole medical team
