柔性管理在高原灾害救援护理团队中的实践

摘　　要：本文回顾总结了某内陆救援医疗队在高原执行灾害救援任务时,将柔性管理应用于护理管理工作中的做法,包括任务分配、日常生活谈心及交流等。柔性管理的应用,使护理人员的跨区高原灾害救援适应能力得到了提高,护理团队氛围和谐,积极向上,圆满完成了高原救援任务。This paper retrospectively summerized the practice of a inland medical relief team applying flexible management in nursing management during disaster relief operation on the plateau. Flexible management includes task allocation,heart-to-heart talk on daily life and communication,etc. The application of flexible management raised the adaptability of nurses trans-regionally performing disaster relief task. And the nursing team was in harmony and positive,and successfully put across the plateau relief task.
