摘 要:[目的]研究混凝剂投加对海产品加工废水水解酸化氨氮释放的影响。[方法]以海产品加工废水为研究对象,通过投加不同混凝剂,比较水解酸化前后氨氮以及水解过程中氨氮的变化。[结果]研究表明,混凝预处理对海产品加工废水的COD和氨氮去除作用明显,FeCl3的去除效果优于聚合氯化铝(PAC),在FeCl3投加量为210 mg/L时,废水中的COD降低为530 mg/L,去除率约59.0%,氨氮的去除率为35.2%;从混凝前后水样的水解酸化试验可知,混凝对该类废水水解酸化处理过程中氨氮的升高具有较好的控制作用,其中FeCl3的控制效果优于PAC,FeCl3投加量为180 mg/L时,水解酸化过程氨氮的释放量为20.35 mg/L,可比原水的释放量降低72%,投加同浓度的PAC水解酸化时氨氮的释放量为28.90 mg/L,比原水的释放量降低42%。[结论]研究可为后续接触氧化工艺设计提供参考,具有实际应用价值。[Objective] To study effects of adding coagulant on aquatic products processing wastewater Hydrolysis acidification ammonia nitrogen releasing.[Method] With aquatic products processing wastewater as study object,through adding different coagulant,the variation of ammonia nitrogen before and after hydrolysis acidification.[Result] Results showed that the removal effect which coagulation pretreat the COD and ammonia of aquatic products processing wastewater.The removal of FeC13 is better than PAC,when the dosage of FeCl3 reached 210 mg/L,the COD of wastewater reduced to 530 mg/L,reduced by 59%.The removal of ammonia efficiency was 35.2%.Hydrolysis acidification leads to lower total nitrogen,and ammonia content increased.Total nitrogen content of coagulation water is significantly lower than the coagulation of raw water.The removal of FeCl3 is better than PAC.When the dosage of FeCl3 reached 180 mg/L,release of ammonia nitrogen in hydrolysis acidification process is 20.35 mg/L,reduced by 72% compared with raw water; when added the same dosage of PAC,release of ammonia nitrogen is 28.90 mg/L,reduced by 42%.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for follow-up contact oxidation process design.
