摘 要:基于差分光学吸收光谱法设计了一种用于NO2实时、在线且非破坏性探测的便携式大量程气体传感器。该传感器采用寿命长、稳定性好的高功率LED作为光源;设计了吸收光程在0.8~30m范围可调节的带尾纤的气室,其对应的检测量程可达ppb-percent,可用于NO2浓度在ppb量级的大气环境监测及浓度在ppm-percent范围的工业气体监测和泄漏检测等领域。The author designed a large measurement range portable gas sensor for real-time, on-line and non-destructive detection of NO2 based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy. The sensor used a high power LED with a long life and good stability as the light source. Then the author developed a gas cell with absorption optical path in the range of 0.8-30m, which has an optical fiber tail. The detection range of the sensor is up to ppb-percent, so it can be used for environmental monitoring with NO2 concentration in ppb magnitude and in the field of industrial gas monitoring and leak detection with NO2 concentration in the range of ppm-percent.
