摘　　要：通过调研房地产开发现状,从房地产3U住宅的全寿命体系中的能耗、环保,尤其是成本方面,论证了精装房建设出现的必要性、技术可行性和经济合理性,并提出了质量监控措施,以期将房地产3U住宅之精装修建设应用于工程实际中。From energy consumption,environmental protection and especially the cost of the 3U residential,investigation of the current situation of real estate development demonstrate the necessity of the refined house construction,the feasibility of the technology and the rationality of eco-nomic. It also introduces the quality control measures. And put the refined decoration construction of real estate 3U residential into practice.
