摘 要:分析了2BM-5型免耕播种机划行器的工作原理和工作过程。根据设计思路和计算结果,运用SolidWorks三维建模软件进行各零部件的建模,再进行整体的虚拟装配。对于划行器,臂长的确定是重要环节,因此有必要对臂长进行设计计算。该机型选用的是液压折合式划行器,结构更紧凑,换向更准确和快捷,使用和安装也更方便。设计使用了双作用液压缸,经设计计算和虚拟实验均能满足使用要求。Analyse the working principle and working process of the marker of 2BM-5 type no-till planter. According to the results of design and calculation, set up the parts and assemble them. The determination of arm was a important link for marker ,so it was necessary to design and calculate the arm length . The chose of the marker was hydraulic folding marker that the structure was more compact ,the reversing was more accurate and fast and the installation was more convenient . The double-action hydraulic cylinder was designed, which could satisfy the requirement through calculation and virtual experiments.
