摘  要:养殖场畜禽粪便污染问题已经蔓延成为全社会关注的问题,国家对养殖场的环保越来越重视。如何在不影响养殖场生产效益抑或能提高养殖场经济效益的前提下解决粪污处理的难题,成为了当务之急。螺旋挤压式固液分离机是将重力过滤、挤压过滤以及高压压榨融为一体的新型分离装置,可成功破解这一难题。为此,阐述了KP-250螺旋挤压式固液分离的总体结构和工作原理,分析了固液分离机设计所要解决的关键问题。对总体结构、螺旋挤压结构、筛网、螺旋和筛网的间隙、出料装置及驱动系统进行了研究和设计。试验结果表明:KP-250固液分离机设计合理,安全可靠,适用于养殖场(养牛场和养猪场)的粪污处理,有助于推动现代化畜牧场环保事业的发展。Manure pollution problems of livestock and poultry farms has raised concern in the whole society, therefore, the government are paying more and more attention to environment protection of livestock and poultry farms . How to solve the manure pollution problem in condition of not affecting the production efficiency or even can improve the economic benefit of the farms has become a top priority. Screw separator is a new kind of separation device, has the function of gravity filtration , squeezing filtration and high pressure squeeze . It can successfully crack this problem . This article illustrated the overall structure and working principle of KP-250 screw separator , analyzed the key problems in the process of designing screw separator . It also studied and designed the general structure , screw squeezing device , screen mesh ,the gap between the screw and the screen ,discharging device and drive system . Test results indicated that :KP-250 screw separator was designed reasonable , safe and reliable . It was suitable for soiving the manure pollution problems of farms ( cattle and pig farms) , and so as to promote the development of environmental protection career of modern livestock and poultry farm .
