摘　　要：为了解决沼气工程中畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣处理不充分、原料结块以及纤维状物体经常给泵、阀、外部和中心控制设备带来的堵塞问题,研制了一种畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣固液分离机。该机主要特点在于设计了浮动式筛网系统、固料积存段和二级减速出料机构。运行结果表明:本机运行连续性好、分离效率高、分离质量好,经过分离后的料液应用在沼气工程中能够较好地解决堵塞问题,从而提高沼气工程连续运行的效率。In order to solve the raw material processing insufficient, materials caking and the fibrous shape materials block the pump, valve, peripheral equipment and center control equipment in biogas project, a kind of solid-liquid se parator which separate the livestock manure, biogas liquid and biogas residue had been developed. The primary characteristics of this equipment are designed float-type screen system, solid depot segment and two stage reducer discharge mechanism. Experimental result shows that this equipment can provide the continuity operating with high separation efficiency and quality. The prepared material liquid settled the blocking with improving operational efficiency, which can be applied to biogas project.
