微波消解-ICP-AES法测定低碳低硅钛铁中硅、锰、磷、铝和铜含量的试验

摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了低碳低硅钛铁中硅、锰、磷、铝和铜量。采用微波消解试样,硫酸溶解后,用ICP-AES测定硅、锰、磷、铝、铜,硅检出限为0.04μg/mL,磷检出限为0.01μg/mL,锰检出限为0.02μg/mL,铝检出限为0.05μg/mL,铜检出限为0.02μg/mL。共存元素的干扰应用仪器软件中谱线干扰校正程序克服。方法已成功地应用于低碳低硅钛铁中硅锰磷铝铜的测定,试验证明,本方法简便、快速、准确,分析结果满意。The method of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was used to determine Si,Mn,P,Cu and Al contents in low carbon low silicon ferrotitanium alloy.Samples were prepared by microwave digestion and dissolved in sulfuric acid;the detection limits of silicon,phosphorus,manganese,aluminum and copper were 0.04μg/mL,0.01μg/mL,0.02μg/mL,0.05μg/mL and 0.02μg/mL,respectively.The interface effect of coexistent elements was eliminated by using the correction program of spectral line interferences in the software.The method has been used to determine the Si,Mn,P,Cu and Al contents in low carbon low silicon ferrotitanium alloy with satisfactory results,showing that it is a simple,fast and accurate method.
