摘　　要：企业科技图书馆为企业所兴办,理所当然地要直接为企业服务,要为企业的生产、科研和管理服务,要为企业的兴旺发达作出应有的贡献。藏书是企业科技图书馆的基本构成要素之一,是企业科技图书馆开展各项工作的基础条件,也是满足读者需求的保证条件。企业科技图书馆要系统地收集符合本单位专业性质的文献资料,不断提高馆藏质量,逐步形成以所在单位专业性质为特色的藏书体系,才能最大限度地满足读者的需要,从而达到为企业生产、科研和管理服务的目的。The science and technology libraries of enterprises should certainly directly serve the production,research and management of enterprises.Book collection is the basic element in an enterprise library,the basic condition for all the work of a library and the guarantee to serve the needs of readers.An enterprise library should systematically collect documents and materials in accordance with the specialties of the enterprise,continuously improve the quality of book collection and gradually form a collection system reflecting the specialties of the enterprise,to satisfy the needs of readers as much as possible and achieve the goal of serving the production,research work and management of the enterprise.
