东北地区野生赤芍质量的分析评价

摘　　要：目的本文研究了东北地区野生赤芍中4种有效成分含量的差别。方法采用高效液相色谱法,《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部附录XD挥发油测定法和附录XA水溶性浸出物测定法,以及紫外分光光度法,比较了芍药苷、水溶性浸出物、挥发油以及多糖含量的差别,并对药材质量的差异性进行分析。结果不同产地赤芍中的4种有效成分均有显著性差异,但是,它们都符合《中国药典》标准。结论东北地区的赤芍药材都符合《中国药典》标准,它们可以增加赤芍药材的供应量,做到既经济又有效。Objectives Four mail chemical composition of wild radix paeoniae rubra was studied in this paper, and also included the comparison of content differences throughout northeast China. Methods： Compared the contents of paeoniflori, soluble polysaccharide, volatile oil and water-soluble extract by HPLC, methods of volatile oil extract determination included in Appendix X A of China Pharmacopeia 2010 （vol. I ）, methods of water-soluble extract determination included in Appendix X D of China Pharmacopeia 2010 （vol. I ） and UV spectrophotometry. And make an analysis of differences in the quality of radix paeoniae rubra. Result The four mail active constituents content of radix paeoniae rubra in different producing areas exhibit an obvious difference. But, the quality criteria of them were fit for China Pharmacopeia. Conclusion The quality criteria of radix paeoniae rubra throughout northeast China were fit for China Pharmacopeia. We can add a lot of supply at radix paeoniae rubra to be economical and efficient
