摘　　要：目的对隐性脊椎裂可能出现的相关症状进行综合分析,并针对病因选择不同的手术方式,达到去除病因病变、消除临床症状、治愈隐性脊椎裂的目的。方法在钛网结合表面植骨修复脊椎裂的基础上,根据每个患者的临床症状特点,分析出与其相关的病理因素,再采取不同的手术措施,去除不同的病因和病变部位,如游离栓系、松解硬膜与周围组织粘连带、切除吻棘或浮棘、重建棘上韧带和竖脊肌等。结果本研究38例患者中有35例做了跟踪随访,平均随访时间为12个月,其相关症状改善率为100%,骨缺损处骨愈合率为100%,术后无并发症发生。结论对于隐性脊椎裂的患者,术前对其出现的相关症候群进行相关致病因素分析,术中采取选择性手术方式,术后能取得满意的临床效果。【Objective】Comprehensive analysis of spina bifida occulta related symptoms may appear to, And for the cause of the different operation methods were selected.To dispel pathogeny, clinical symptoms, pathological changes to eliminate the purpose of cure spina bifida occulta. 【Methods】With titanium mesh and surface graft for repair of spina bifida foundation, Take different measures of operation, removed of different etiologies（free tethered, loosening the dural and surrounding tissue adhesion, resection, reconstruction of spine kiss spines or floating Supraspinal Ligament and erector spinae etc.）according to the clinical characteristics of each patient appears and athological analysis of relevant factors. 【Results】 This group of 38 patients, 35 cases had follow-up. During a mean follow-up of 12 months. The improvement rate of symptoms was 100% and the bone defect healing rate was 100% and no postoperative complications. 【Conclusion】For the patients with spina bifida occulta, appeared on the preoperative related syndrome related pathogenic factors analysis, selective operation by operation, clinical results after operation can obtain satisfactory.
