摘 要:云南基诺族、独龙族、怒族和普米族的聚居地拥有丰富的食药用菌资源,后者在这些民族的文化中具有多重角色,涉及饮食、医疗、经济生活、禁忌、创世和民族起源的认识论等方面,相关知识是我国文化中一笔独特而宝贵的财富。然而过往的社会历史调查和民族学研究对此没有给予充分的关注,且缺少对食药用菌知识的民族文化特征的揭示。这与民族真菌学研究在我国尚未起步有密切关系,需要民族学家和生物学家在今后的文化研究和实地考察过程中相互合作,进而从多维度挖掘和传播我国少数民族的食药用菌知识。The areas of Yunnan where Jinuo, Dulong, Nu, and Pumi peoples dwell is abundant in medicinal and edible fungi which play multiple roles in their cultures and involve diet, medical treatment, economy, taboo, epistemology of genesis and origin of the peoples. The relevant knowledge is a great treasure in the Chinese culture. However, previous social investigations and ethnological studies did not pay full attentions to those aspects ; and there is a lack of revelation of the cultural features of the knowledge of medicinal and edible fungi. This situation is closely related to the fact that its ethno- mycology in China has been in its infancy, which needs further development on the basis of collaboration between ethnologists and biologists in cultural studies and during the course of field investigations in order to dig out and spread the knowledge of medicinal and edible fungi obtained by the Chinese ethnic minorities in different dimensions.
