摘　　要：从许可计划简介、加入计划的主要步骤、许可计划纲要及解读、权利金收取、许可计划涉及的专利等方面,对飞利浦LED灯具和光源专利许可计划进行研究分析,找出值得注意的问题及风险,为我国LED企业制订相关决策提供借鉴。The profile, key steps to agreement, outline and royalties of Philips Patent Licensing program for LED Luminaires and Retrofits were interpreted, then China, USA, Europe and Japan Patents involved in the Licensing Program were artificial classified and analyzed, and typical litigation cases related to the Licensing Program were also researched. The noteworthy issues and risks involved in the Licensing Program were revealed, and reference for Chinese LED companies in making relevant decisions were provided.
