摘　　要：不规范侦查讯问行为是当前侦查法治化进程中不能回避的重大问题。应运用质性观察的实证研究方法,应从法律框架体系和公安机关执法质量考评体系两个方面,了解并确定不规范侦查讯问行为样态及其发生率。规范侦查讯问行为应从处置方式着手,力行追究实体性违法的侦查讯问行为实施者的刑事责任,完善对程序性违法讯问行为进行制裁的实施规则。Not standard interrogation behavior is a major issue can not be evaded in the process ofrule of law in the current investigation. We should use the empirical research method of qualitativeobservation, from two aspects of legal system and law enforcement quality appraisal system, state ofunderstanding and determine the non-standard behavior and incidence of interrogation. Starting with theinvestigation and interrogation behavior should be standardized for disposal, shall be investigated forinterrogation entity illegal implementation of criminal responsibility, perfecting the rules of implementationof the sanctions on the procedural illegal interrogation behavior.
