摘　　要：政府治理制度化是现代政府公共行政的内在要求,也是政府制度化的应有之义。农民工非制度政治参与不但对于地方政府提高其治理制度化水平具有重要的促进作用,而且对于参与式民主成长过程也有着反向推动、现实倒逼的功用。基于此判断,分析农民工非制度政治参与的现状、特点、原因和纠正路径等问题,对于完善农民工政治参与的制度建设与马克思主义参与式民主建设都具有重要的理论和现实意义。Government governance institutionalization is the intrinsic demand of public administrationin modern government and a great necessity of government institutionalization. It is believed that migrantworkers' non-institutionalized political participation can play an important role in promoting localgovernments' governance institutionalization as well as in improving participatory democracy. Based onthis, the study of the current situation, features, causes and solutions of migrant workers' non-institutionalized political participation is of theoretical and practical meaning to the perfection ofmigrant workers' participatory institutionalization and the construction of Marxist participatory democracy.
