摘　　要：目的:通过对针灸治疗颈源性眩晕临床文献的研究,探寻临床治疗颈源性眩晕常用腧穴。方法:借鉴文献计量学及数据挖掘的相关方法,对针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的常用腧穴进行描述性统计。结果:目前临床上针灸防治颈源性眩晕的临床研究文献共42篇,涉及86个穴位,出现382频次。所选取的穴位中以风池、颈夹脊、百会使用频率最高。结论:针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的选穴规律研究,为临床合理配穴提供依据,对针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的标准化和规范化研究具有重要意义。This review tried to find regular acupointselection in the treatment of cervical vertigo through literature search. Bibliometric analysis and data mining were referenced. There were a total of 42 relative articles, which cov-ered 86 acupoints, with thefrequency of 382. The acupointsselection of the highest frequency were GB20-Fengchi, EX-Jingjiaji, DU20-Baihui. It was concluded that study on the regular acupoint selection in the treatment of cervical vertigo providedbasis for rational clinical acupoint combination. It had important meaning in the standardization and research of cervical vertigo.
