摘 要:在生产过程中,有时将一个调节器的输出全程分割成若干个信号段控制几个阀门。分程控制建立在工艺参数变化相对不大的基础之上。而生产的过程实际上是一个随机变化的过程,当工艺状况改变时,就必须对分程点进行现场整定。从实用的角度出发,采用2台YS-1700可编程调节器进行软分程控制,分程点由运行人员根据工艺状况自行整定,彻底解决了高炉煤气放散系统压力大幅波动时的控制问题,满足了特殊情况下的控制要求。In the process of production, sometimes a full output range is split into a number of signal segments to control several valves. Split-range control is based on relatively little variation of process parameters, while production process actually changes randomly and the split points must be set up on site according to changing process condition. Starting with a practical viewpoint, two YS-1700 programmable controllers were used for soft split-range control with the split points being set up by operators according to process conditions, completely solving the problem of sharp pressure fluctuations in the blast furnace gas release system and meeting the control requirements for special circumstances.
