摘  要:目的:观察微量泵治疗前后糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者机体综合应激状态的变化情况。方法:选取46例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注组)23例和观察组(微量泵治疗组)23例,然后将两组治疗前和治疗后不同时间点的氧化应激、应激激素及炎性介质水平进行检测与比较。结果:观察组治疗后1、3d及5d的氧化应激指标均明显优于对照组,且治疗后12、24h及48h的应激激素及炎性介质水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微量泵治疗前后糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者机体综合应激状态的变化较大,对于改善患者的疾病状态相关指标发挥着积极的临床作用。Objective.. To observe and analyze changes of comprehensive stress state of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis before and after the micro pump treatment. Methods:A total of 46 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were selected and randomly divided into control group(small dose insulin infusion by intravenous drip group, n= 23 cases) and observation group (micro pump treatment group, n = 23 cases), then the oxidative stress, stress hormones and inflammatory mediators levels of two groups were detected and compared before the treatment and at different times after the treatment. Results:The oxidative stress indexes of observation group at first, third and fifth day after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group,stress hormones and inflammatory mediators levels at 12h, 24h and 48h after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of control group (P all〈0.05). Conclusion=The change of comprehensive stress state of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis before and after the micro pump treatment is great,and micro pump treatment plays active role in improving the disease state related indexes .
