宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐对控制青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐对控制青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法:青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者120例采用数字表法随机分为两组,观察组接受宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐治疗,对照组仅接受补佳乐治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血清性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、生存质量。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清雌二醇[(156.42±18.12)pmol/L]、黄体生成素[(1.48±1.02)IU/L]、卵泡刺激素[(5.24±1.26)IU/L]、孕酮[(1.46±0.12)nmol/L]、子宫内膜厚度[(8.11±1.24)mm]均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);自我实现、健康责任、运动、营养、人际关系、应对压力评分(31.32±4.9、26.22±3.31、24.81±2.90、29.43±3.81、33.82±4.22、35.22±4.71)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血有助于改善止血效果、降低复发率、提高生存质量,是治疗此病的理想方法。Objective： To study the effect of Gong Xue Ning capsule combined with progynova therapy programs on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group with Gong Xue Ning capsule combined with progynova and control group with progynova. Treatment effect, serum sexual hormone levels, endometrial thickness, quality of life between two groups were compared. Results： Ob- servation group efficient （98.33%） was significantly higher than that control group, recurrence rate （3.33%） were significant- ly lower than control group ; serum estradiol ] （ 156.42±18.12） pmol/L], luteinizing hormone [（ 1.48± 1.02） IU/L-], follicle -- stimulating hormone [ （5.24±1.26） IU/L], progesterone [（1.46± 0. 12） nmol/L], endometrial thickness [（8. 11 ± 1.24） mini were significantly lower than control group; self realization, health responsibility, exercise, nutrition, interpersonal rela tionship, coping pressure （31. 32±4.9, 26. 22±3.31, 24.81±2.90, 29. 43±3.81, 33. 824±22, 35.22±4.71） were signif- icantly higher than control group. Conclusion： Gongxuening Capsule combined with progynova treatment are ideal therapy in adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding for it can improve hemostatic effect, reduce recurrence rate and improve quality of life.
